Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Consumer Law

At Prepellor (operated by Prepellor Test Preparation Australia), we strive to deliver hyper-realistic, premium mock tests for entrance preparation. Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Since our packages consist of digital test papers, analytical tracking dashboard access, and explanation keys, access is granted immediately upon successful checkout. We encourage you to try our Free Online Demo Quiz before making any purchase to ensure compatibility and satisfaction with our testing system.


2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the digital nature of our educational mock tests, which can be completed or downloaded immediately upon account activation, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind once a purchase is processed and materials have been accessed.


3. Technical Issues or Major Failures

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased mock tests, please contact our support desk immediately at support@Prepellor.com.au.

Under the ACL, if there is a major failure with the digital service (for example, the test platform is completely inaccessible due to server faults for a prolonged period, or content does not match the product description), you are entitled to:

  • A repair or patch to the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A replacement package or alternative test selection of equal value.
  • A partial or full refund if a major technical failure cannot be resolved.

4. Placement Guarantee Claims

If your package qualifies for our Placement Guarantee, and your child has met all study thresholds, mock test completion guidelines, and performance metrics but failed to receive a Selective High or Opportunity Class offer, you may submit a claim.

Placement Guarantee claims must be sent via email to our academic review team within 14 days of official school offer releases. You must attach:

  • Your Prepellor account email and package purchase invoice.
  • Proof of the child's participation and official notification from the education department.

Upon verifying the completion metrics on your child's account dashboard, we will process refunds or extend free access for subsequent sibling preparation according to the plan rules.


5. Requesting a Refund
