1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prepellor (the "Site" or "Service"), operated by Prepellor Test Preparation Australia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access our premium mock tests and tracking dashboard, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree that:

• You are a parent, guardian, or student aged 18 or older, or you have direct parental consent to use the Site.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You will keep your credentials confidential and immediately notify us of any security breach.
• Each subscription is limited to one household/user. Sharing accounts or test access across multiple families is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of Services and Intellectual Property

All content on Prepellor—including mock test questions, answer explanations, study tips, graphics, layout, and software code—is the property of Prepellor and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our testing materials solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not copy, record, republish, scrape, or distribute our questions or explanations under any circumstances.

4. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain sections of the Service are offered via paid subscription or mock test packages. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless noted otherwise, and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide a valid payment method, authorize us to bill all fees to that method, and pay all charges incurred under your account.

5. Placement Guarantee Disclaimer

While our mock test engine is designed to mirror official selective, scholarship, and benchmark formats as closely as possible, official entrance exams are competitive and subject to variables beyond our control.

The Prepellor Placement Guarantee is subject to specific criteria, including minimum score thresholds and verified test completion. Please refer to our Placement Guarantee policies on our pricing packages page or contact our academic helpdesk for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepellor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to academic results, test scoring variations, or browser performance issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
